Payment

Payment will be done via Internet Banking/ ATM transfer. Amount has to be paid in full for all orders before it is being processed. If the product happens to be out of stock, there will be a full refund for it.

Delivery

Delivery will take about 1-2 weeks. Customer can choose between mailing or meet up.

Meet up

Meet up location: Marymount MRT

Mailing

Normal and registered mailing will be charged according to weight of products.

Ordering Process

1)Submit your order through the order form provided on top (Header tab).

2)Wait for an invoice from us with all the details of your order inside before making payment.

Kindly give us 1-2 working days after submitting the order form.

3)Upon the confirmation of invoice, kindly proceed to make payment and revert back with the transaction details.

Refunds, Return & Exchange

Full refunds will only be done if the item is out-of stock.

Return or exchange of products will not be entertained.

Measurements shown with product will have slight difference from actual.

The measurements given are flat size,There maybe tolerance of 1-3cm if by different measurement methods.
